Silent Retreat 3 days
Silent Retreat July 8th – 10th (Friday to Sunday)
We are welcoming you to the weekend of silence to explore the inner world and invoke the joy from within! We will spend these three days in silence and Sudhir will hold the space, guide us in meditation and will facilitate each individual to explore their inner space of emotions, feelings, desires, expectations, vulnerabilities, beliefs and values. He has conducted a number of silent retreats in Europe in the last 6 years. He curated these retreats in a very special way. The retreat will have certain common meditation practices for everyone and also specific practices to individuals to resolve their own conflicts. In addition to this there is a special Q&A session every day. Participants will write their questions and Sudhir will address them. Malin will start the mornings with gentle yoga. We will eat nourishing vegan food.
The retreat will be held in the lovely place Liljero 1,5 hours from Stockholm in Tärnsjö, Heby. Located here.

Our (6 days) 50-hour Meditation & Pranayama Teacher Training Course gives you all the tools, resources and a thorough knowledge to learn, to practice and to teach. If you love the benefits of the Pranayama & Meditation practice in your body and mind, this is the perfect course for you.
In this course you will deepen your self-practice and to teach different target audiences. You will also learn about the effects of pranayama on the respiratory and nervous system.
You will learn different types of meditation and pranayama techniques and how they can benefit you.

The course will be held at Enköpings Yogastudio, 40 minutes by train from Stockholm Central and 45 minutes by car from Arlanda airport. Located here.
Price: 7500 Sek. Early bird price is 6250:- if registered before April 30th. Registration fee 500 Sek that is non refundable and will be deducted from total cost. The training fee includes teaching, one meal per day, fruit and tea/coffee. Accommodation is not included in the price.
Sudhir Rishi is the Director of Teacher Training at Sthira Yoga, Goa, India. He has been involved in the fields of yoga, meditation, philosophy and ayurveda for the past 27 years.
He lived as a monk for eight years, dedicating himself to intense meditation practices. In the last seven years, he has taught in more than 100 groups of Yoga Teacher Trainings (YTTC) 200hr and 25 groups of YTTC 300hr in addition to meditation courses, workshops and silent retreats in India and Europe.

Veena Sudhir has been involved in the fields of meditation and ayurveda for more than 25 years. By profession, she graduated in Computer Software, Library Sciences and Masters in Applied Psychology. By passion, she was pulled into meditation, ayurveda, reiki and pranic healing.
She has been associated with Sri Ramana Ashram, Tiruvannamalai, India for around thirty years and has spent many years studying meditation and healing practices.
Malin has been a yoga teacher for about eight years. She started with Medical yoga and became a MediYoga therapist. After that she has been continually studying different kinds of yoga and meditations techniques. Her latest Yoga TTC was within Sama Yoga with a lot of vedic teachings. Malin likes to teach soft, kind and strengthening yoga combined with mindfulness techniques. For 20 years she has been an occupational therapist with a masters degree where she studied the effects of yoga and mindfulness in people with ADHD.
